Client Success Executive (Maternity Cover – 6 Months)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Success Executive to join our highly successful team
Advance Online are looking for people who are highly successful in their current role and want to further their career with an exciting, progressive company. Initially the role is to provide Maternity Cover, though we do expect that there will be the opportunity to join the company in a full time position once the Maternity Cover has been successfully completed.
Our Client Success Executives will engage and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, this is a critical role in ensuring that we deliver a great client experience right from the beginning and for the entire length of the client relationship.
What you’ll be doing
- You will develop strategic long-term relationships with your assigned portfolio of clients
- Connecting with key influencers in their business and developing an understanding of their business requirements and goals
- Liaising with the Digital Account Manager, Web Developer and Client on their new website and getting agreement on every step of the web development process
- Regular scheduled client success calls to update on progress of rankings, KPI’s and reminder to provide updates – new photo’s etc

- Fluent in English both verbal and written
We are a successful Digital Marketing Agency based in Surrey, and in our fifth year of trading. The role will be a hybrid role working from home as well as our office based in Salfords, near Reigate – the initial training and induction period time will mainly be in the office and then moving forward a day a week in the office.

Competitive Salary & Benefits negotiable based on experience – £22,000 + based on experience.
