Emily is our Customer Success Manager here at Advance Online. Working with our clients once they come on board, she says, “I’m committed to understanding each business’s needs and building long-term, trust-based relationships”.
Joining in February 2022, Emily boasts a wealth of experience having previously worked in operational roles within finance, fraud and energy. Covering everything from refreshing clients’ websites with new content to liaising with Google to resolve business profile issues, Emily is always working to support our clients during their time with us.
Oh, and no matter the topic of conversation, she always finds a way to bring up Taylor Swift.
