Phil is our Telesales Account Manager, having joined Advance Online in October 2021. With experience across various sales roles and recruitment, Phil brings a people-first approach to every conversation.
As the first point of contact for potential new clients, Phil looks after all inbound enquiries while also proactively reaching out to new businesses.
He plays a key role in understanding client needs from the very first interaction, making sure every inquiry is handled professionally and passed on to the right team.
When he’s not speaking with prospective clients, Phil enjoys spending quality time with his friends and family. He’s also rarely far from his sausage dog, Ron, who keeps him busy when he’s not at work.
